I want to have an honest conversation about something that transformed my life – spiritual health. Not the woo-woo, disconnected-from-reality kind (sorta), but the deep, grounding practice that brings together everything that makes us whole human beings.

What is Spiritual Health, Really?

Think of spiritual health as the thread that weaves together your physical body, your mental well-being, and your social connections into one beautiful essence. It's not separate from these aspects – it's what makes them whole.

When I first started my yoga journey four years ago, I was hitting the gym regularly, had a good social circle, and was killing it at my $150k tech job. But something still felt... missing. That's when I discovered that spiritual health isn't just another box to check – it's the container that holds everything else.

In yoga philosophy, there are four beautiful paths to nurture your spiritual health. Think of them as different doors to the same room – you can enter through any of them, and mix and match what works for you.
